The KVCC Foundation 9th Annual Spring Gala will be held on Friday March 20, 2015 KVCC Carter Hall Fairfield, Maine Doors Open at 6:00 pm Thanks to the many sponsors, contributors, and guests the annual KVCC Foundation Spring Gala celebrates KVCC students and programs and unites business and community members together in support of students. Nearly 80% of KVCC students meet federal low-income guidelines, in fact the average family income for these students is $20,984. Although the majority of KVCC students receive financial aid, the burden of unmet financial need is staggering. Funds raised through the Gala make a true difference in empowering students to persist in their studies and achieve their academic and career aspirations. The annual Gala is the KVCC FoundationÍs largest event fundraiser; aimed to raise funds to open the doors to education, provide scholarships, support high quality programming, and empower student success. While a theme for the 2015 Spring Gala has not yet been set, guests will be sure to enjoy music, fun, dancing, a gallery of exciting auction items, a scrumptious Maine-made feast, and locally sourced libations again in 2015!
