Go Red for Women Luncheon

The American Heart AssociationÍs Go Red Luncheon is a fun and educational event that informs attendees about the risks of cardiovascular diseases _ the leading killer of women and men. The Luncheon begins with breakout sessions focused on womenÍs wellness intermingled with a silent auction and a multitude of health-related exhibits. Guests will then enjoy a delicious heart-healthy meal while they are entertained by educational speakers and heartwarming stories. Lois Skillings, President of Mid Coast Hospital. is the 2015 Go Red Luncheon Chair. Crystal Heart Awards will be presented to Dr. Robert McAfee, Former President of the American Medical Association, and Danielle Ripich, PhD, President of the University of New England. The Go Red For Women Luncheon is presented nationally by Macy’s and locally by Maine Goes Red statewide partner Harvard Pilgrim Health Care.
